Great weather yesterday in the heart of Croatia. Whole day was a fairy trip. I have a lot of great waterfall and river shots. I planned it a week ago and really had luck with weather.
I composed this shot with my new 70-200mm lens and wanted to get the sky and those 'misty clouds' at the bottom of the image. As I did it, I had problems with sky highlight clipping because I don't have the ND grad holder for this size of lens. So I somehow managed to underexpose it just to get the right exposure in the sky and than managed to recover shadows of the forest in PS.

Beautiful! I'm 1/4 Croatian, so my family and I have always wanted to go "back to the homeland" (especially my Grandpa and Great-Grandparents, who immigrated to America from Croatia in the '40s)
